1. Warranty Coverage
- All products purchased from MineLED are covered by 12 months limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
- Accessories included with the product are covered for 12 months.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.
3. How to Claim Warranty
- Contact us at sales@mineled.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos or videos showing the defect if possible.
- We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund according to our policies.
4. Warranty Service
- For defective products, MineLED will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
- Return shipping for warranty claims due to manufacturing defects is covered by MineLED.
5. Limitation of Liability
- This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
- MineLED is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
