1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products purchased from MineLED are covered by 12 months limited warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
  • Accessories included with the product are covered for 12 months.

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications void the warranty.

3. How to Claim Warranty

  • Contact us at sales@mineled.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Include photos or videos showing the defect if possible.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund according to our policies.

4. Warranty Service

  • For defective products, MineLED will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
  • Return shipping for warranty claims due to manufacturing defects is covered by MineLED.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
  • MineLED is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use.
