Refund Policy
MineLED is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
• If you wish to request a refund or return, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
• If the product has a quality issue, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, functional problems, or damage caused during shipping, MineLED will provide full support and cover all related shipping costs.
• If the return is due to personal reasons (such as no longer needed, wrong selection, or subjective preference), and the product meets the following conditions: original packaging is intact, and the product is unused or in good condition, a 10% shipping and handling fee will apply.
• If the packaging is severely damaged or the product can no longer be resold as new, a 11%–20% handling and restocking fee will be charged depending on the actual condition of the product after evaluation.
• For quality-related returns, MineLED will cover all shipping costs. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
• In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, logistics disruption, etc.), any refund or return issues will be resolved through fair and friendly negotiation between both parties.

2. Non-Refundable Items
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for refund.
3. Refund Process
• Contact us at sales@mineled.com to request a refund.
• Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the product issue.
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product, subject to the applicable fee rules above.
4. Shipping Costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
• Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return, as outlined in Section 1.
5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are handled under the same conditions as refunds.
