What are the resolution and pixel pitch? Is the display clear?
To meet the needs of different scenarios, we offer three pixel pitch options: P5, P2.5, and P1.8. Remember the golden rule: the smaller the number, the higher the image quality.
P5: Stable and reliable. An excellent entry-level choice for displaying basic videos or images.
P2.5: The best-seller. With outstanding clarity and cost-effectiveness, it is the ideal solution for most customers to play various types of video content.

Can it be seen clearly during the day? How bright is it?
High-brightness LED design with adjustable brightness levels. Excellent outdoor anti-glare performance ensures sharp, clear visuals in daytime sunlight conditions.
How far away can people still see it clearly?
Our lightbox reaches up to 6000 nits (regular TVs are only 300–500 nits) and offers an optimal viewing distance of 1–50 meters. It remains clearly visible even under direct sunlight — you don’t need to worry.
Installation & Operation
Is it difficult to install? Do I need a professional team?
The installation process is extremely easy and requires no professional team. Simply follow these steps: 1. Mark the screw hole positions on the mounting surface; 2. Use expansion screws to securely fasten the lightbox in place.
Does the led display lightbox consume a lot of electricity?
Not at all. Our energy-efficient lightbox uses low-power LED technology, consuming only about 30% of the electricity of traditional lightboxes. Run it all day for less than a dime. You can check the product’s detailed specifications for more information.
How do I upload content?
imply use our dedicated App. Import your images or videos to your phone or tablet, open the App, select the files, and click upload — the content will appear on the lightbox instantly. The App also supports control via phone, tablet, or computer for added convenience.
What types of files does it support?
Our lightbox offers excellent compatibility and supports the following file types:
Image formats: All mainstream formats including JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF (static & animated)
Video formats: Common formats including MP4, AVI, MOV, MKV, WMV
Text formats: Plain text, rich text (editable via the App)
Others: Animated graphics, slideshows, carousels, etc.
